The SAIRO assessment professional development curriculum is a year-long experience in which approximately 14 staff members across all departments in the Division of Student Affairs meet monthly to learn about and discuss assessment planning for their department.
The goals of this experience are to:
- Understand the purpose of assessment in Student Affairs
- Develop a robust skill set for creating & implementing assessment plans
- Effectively analyze data and report findings to various stakeholders
