Muzhen Zhang joined SAIRO in March 2021. Muzhen earned her B.A. in Sociology and Psychology from Case Western Reserve University, then a M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Northwestern University. She has experience working in different areas of higher education including central administration, institutional research, and career services. Her interest in the use of data analytics to improve the decision-making process motivates her to continuously explore the best ways to enhance student experiences.
